At PROSTYLE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy before placing an order.

1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Damaged/defective product received
✔ Size exchange request (if eligible)

Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
 The product must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact

Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges based on stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable:

  • You may choose a different product of the same value, OR
  • Convert it to store credit.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety, we do NOT accept returns on:

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Accessories
  • Innerwear / lingerie
  • Custom-made / special-order items
  • Products purchased during clearance sales

4. Refunds

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged product (with proof)
  • Order cancellation before dispatch

Refunds will be processed to:

  • Original payment method, OR
  • Store credit (valid for 6 months)

Refund processing time: 5–7 business days.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, only if the order is not yet shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  3. Our team will verify and approve the request.
  4. A pickup will be arranged (wherever serviceable).
  5. Once the item is inspected, refund/exchange will be processed.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return pickup charges may apply unless the error is from our side.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
